Shipping Policy
Shipping Times
These shirts are pre-orders. "Pre Orders" can take 4-6 weeks to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We only offer USPS right now.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to the estimated delivery date provided during checkout for an estimate of when your order will arrive.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will be able to view the shipping cost before you submit your order.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Cancellation
Once you place your order, we are no longer able to cancel. These pre-orders are made to order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, all sales are considered final, and no returns or refunds will be granted unless there is a defect or error with the product.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order on our website. Please take the following steps to ensure accurate address entry:
1. Double-check your shipping address for accuracy, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment/suite number, city, state/province, ZIP/postal code, and any other relevant details.
2. Ensure that your shipping address is complete and up-to-date to avoid any delays or delivery issues.
Additional Costs and Consequences:
If a customer enters an incorrect shipping address, resulting in additional costs or complications for the delivery, DAWN by Squid reserves the right to pass on these additional charges to the customer. These charges may include, but are not limited to:
1. Return Shipping Fees: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
2. Re-shipment Fees: In cases where a package is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped to the correct address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipment fees.
3. Address Correction Fees: If we are charged by the carrier for address correction, the customer will be billed for these additional charges.
4. Delayed Delivery: Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery, and DAWN by Squid is not responsible for any inconvenience or consequences arising from such delays.
Address Verification:
We strongly encourage customers to use address verification tools or services provided during the checkout process to confirm the accuracy of their shipping address. This can help prevent any issues related to incorrect address entry.
Contact Information Update:
If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at infodawnforever@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address if your order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has already been shipped, additional charges may apply.
